Everytime I feel like I'm making progress in my life I'm reminded that I will never be enough, my life just a joke overshadowed by everything around me

45 days into 2026 and it feels like I'm only being kept alive by false hope, I'm really slowly losing it

Is all of this mental torture not enough?
