Union organization efforts have been ongoing at Complexly for the last year, and in February, the company agreed to an election.

Complexly (founded by brothers Hank and John Green) produces the well-known YouTube channels Crash Course, SciShow, PBS Eons, and more.

Introducing Complexly United!

On March 24, 2025, the workers of Complexly, under the name “Complexly United,” won a landslide victory in their union election with the National Labor Relations Board. Over 95 percent of eligible workers voted in favor of the union.
