Natural Resources Director Delia Kaye issued a violation notice against Acton-based MIG Corp. last week. MIG could eventually face fines, and the Natural Resources Commission plans to discuss the matter at its meeting on December 17.

The Select Board’s vote to extend the residential tax exemption came during the town’s annual tax classification hearing. It means people who count their Concord home as their primary house can deduct $155,056 from their property value for tax purposes. Learn more:
