During this march, Mr. Dido Kakisingi was killed. He was a father and lawyer who served as the youth coordinator for Moise Katumbi’s party, Ensemble pour la republique. Two people have been convicted in his death, but more are sought for questioning.
CongoEye is proud to have our first article published by Bellingcat. With Bellingcat, we examined photos and videos taken during Moise Katumbi’s march in Kindu, Maniema Province, Democratic Republic of Congo, on November 28 of 2023.
