No need to fight. It's a "Roman salute", established by Italian intellectual and guerrilla leader Gabriele D'Annunzio (with daggers) in 1919, and then adopted by Benito Mussolini in it's simple hand form in 1925. ACTUAL ROMANS NEVER USED IT. It was one of the many fake Roman roots of fascism.
