Using a custom LoRA trained on sythentic images of aged painted wood, I was able to make the background closer to my vision. But I still find myself struggling to capture exactly what I want to express. More data prep and fine-tuning is needed.

I'm an artist who's worked in traditional and digital painting, traditional and digital sculpture. Now I use AI for game concept art - fine-tuning models, editing for hours. The tool changed, not the creative work.
