Every day this year, I’ve drawn a sketch of my Grandma Irene. They can’t all be bangers-but I enjoy the quiet time spent drawing and thinking about this remarkable women and the impact she had on my life. 💙

In preparation for Giving Tuesday, here is a DonorsChoose project. I am trying to encourage my art students to become creative problem solvers. They will be exploring identity, aesthetics, balance, and Newton's 1st Law of Motion when they make clay bobble heads.
