Leaving this out there about my view on the biggest threat to creatives out there. If you like AI, if you think it is funny to use it for a funny picture, or if you even consider using the phrase 'AI artist', I regret/proud to say that this is not the place for you.

My favorite live action Looney Tunes, it captures the wacky nonense of the cartoons so much better than Space Jam ever did. Fraser is a national treasure of course, but even with his presence this is a smaller miracle.

We'll probably be getting Brainiac or he's just trolling with the logo on the script, but anyway, me too!

If you are interested in anything, a book, game, movie, or just a tabletop, don't hesitate to engage. Listen to your gut that's telling you it would probably be something for you. Worst case you don't click with it and move on, best case you find something special that many people looked over.

Without playing obscure Euro-trash point n clicks like City Interactive's Art of Murder series, I would have never found classics like Syberia, Monkey Island, or some of my favorites from the 2000's like The Black Mirror (the game) or the Runaway series. The best adventure games in my life.

Never seek out reviews that give scores! Art is not something you could assign an actual worth to, it is the most intimate conversation between the creators and you. Experimenting and experiencing on your own is VITAL to build a healthy relationship to art, and quite frankly the best part of it.

Weapons was my favorite horror this year, so I'm glad to see Zach Cregger getting his deserved recognition. I watched Barbarian on streaming before and can't wait for this phisical release, hopefully we will get an audio commentary and some bts extras too.

Happy Birthday to the King of horror, one of my most influential writers in my life, pictured here in one of my favorite cameos of his from the adaptation of one of my favorite books of his. Long live the great @stephenking.bsky.social 🥳🥳

I also rarely rate things because I don't believe in art being comparable. So, regardless of my early reviews, I only gove some 5's to things that personally moved me. Beside that, only the reviews and some hearts, if I thought the movie or my experience was really good.

Wrote about this wonderful movie that really surprised me, but also made me rethink of ever lisening to what people say on social media ever again (so don't listen to me, just watch it:)

I love this movie and the second is perfect Scooby adaptation too. You might just brought this up at the perfect time for me to think about starting a rewatch thread of the original shows, since I really loved most of them (with some painful exceptions). Also Matthew Lillard is the perfect Shaggy.

Probably the best time to mention how Scooby Doo was and still is probably the most important media for kids and young adults trying to get into horror, and since I was one of them during the 2000's, I can say how much this movie is the perfect adaptation of everything those shows stood for.

Perfect casting, visually faithful to the spirit of the show, top-notch comedy (for the most part), and the biggest 2000s vibe this side of the universe. I love this movie.

Another writing form last year, this one I did during a very dark time as a freeflow of thoughts about our world and what we did with it. I suggest reading it with care, and if you deal with dark thoughts and depression, maybe skip this one.

Talking of King, I stall haven't seen The Life of Chuck from @mikeflanaganfilm.com
Was hoping my country would show it in the cinemas, and holding back because I know that's the place to experience it. I passionately love everything he makes, so I know it will be worth the wait.

Naturally, I will have to somehow acquire these for keeps at some point. I'm currently only missing 15 books from him, and want to someday be able to read all of them. @stephenking.bsky.social was a huge influence on me growing up, and his books got me back to reading during my teenage years.

Managed to get two Stephen King books from my local library. These ones are out of print here, and older editions are sold by scalpers for preposterous prices, so this is a huge miracle for me. (These are 'Cell' and 'Everything's Eventual' by the way)

This I had in mind after a memory of my parents driving me around the city. I saw a tower in the distance that seemed to follow us, so I pictured a building that has a really evil aura. I scraped the idea during writing and turned it into a weird horror love story.

Sharing some of my writings from last year, this was a bet with my friend that we write a five-page story, turned out longer. I promise not all things I write are this vague and disturbing. Nonetheless, I quite like this one.
