Tama has her hands gripped in between Starlight's legs and over her body, ready to throw her backwards in an Exploder Suplex! This one is inspired by HOOK's "El Camino" Aika is in the middle of a Dragon Suplex! The move starts with a Full Nelson, before the performer bends backwards for the throw. Mayu Iwatani performs a bridging variant that inspired this particular shot~ Starlight has Tama mid-throw in Tiger Suplex! The move starts with Tama's arms behind her back, in a double chickenwing, before Starlight lifts her over to complete the suplex! The move was invented by Tiger Mask~ Astra pins Tama with a bridging Fisherman's Suplex! The move starts with a front-facelock, before the performer hooks the leg and flips backwards, bridging to complete the move~

Starlight hits Tama with a Ripcord Lariat! She spins Tama around while in control of Tama's wrist, pulling her into the incoming Lariat! Most well known as Kazuchika Okada's Rainmaker~ Starlight traps one of Aika's arms in a hammerlock in a pinning predicament. She reaches back and pulls Aika's opposite leg down in a Seat-Belt Pin! Starlight leaps backwards off the ringpost holding a Ladder, in a Moonsault to the outside towards Llav! Starlight has Tama in the Belly to Back Piledriver position before leaping off the top, hitting Tama with Hangman's Avalanche DeadEye!

It's time for another round of Double Dragons vs Velvet Vice! We haven't practiced our tag maneuvers in a while, and it's time to show off a few new moves we've all been learning~

A dazed Llav looks up as Starlight and Tama both leap off the turnbuckle together for a double Rider kick! (Don't worry, she won't explode after) Starlight delivers a Superkick to Aika, which gives a bit of extra momentum to Tama's German Suplex! Llav has Tama in a Camel Clutch, stretching out her neck and back, as her lower body is left defenseless for Aika to lock in an Ankle Lock, targeting Tama's left ankle~ Llav looms in front of Starlight and Aika, who has applied a Full Nelson to the masked Au Ra. The hold neutralizes Starlight's arms, and opens her up to a few punches from the Viera

You don't always get the luxury of a one on one, or even a team match in the ring! In a Four-Way match, one has to quickly adapt and to pick your strategies, though a few crowd clearing techniques will do you well!

Llav has all 3 opponents in a submission, from left to right, she has Tama trapped in a Kneelock, wrenching down on her left leg. She has Aika on her back in a half Gory special, as her hands are occupied in giving Starlight an Ankle-Lock! Starlight picks up Aika with ease, unfazed as Tama attempts an armbar (Much to her panic). All of their weight is then stamped down onto Llav's midsection as she lies on the ground Tama uses her quickness to do a Step-Up Tornado DDT, first kicking off of Aika's chest, before doing the same to Llav's stomach. This is to eventually build momentum to spin and spike Starlight~ Aika has Llav in a headscissors from behind, Llav trying to wrench Aika's legs away. At the same time, Aika has both Tama and Llav in stereo Dragon Sleepers, as they both try to struggle free!

I feel like we've been at a breakneck speed recently, and you can slow down anyone in a match with a submission hold! Here at the Starlit Dojo, we've have been sharpening and modifying a lot of our favourite holds!

Tama hits Starlight with her classic Octopus Hold! Using one of her legs to lock Starlight's in place, and the other to push down on her back, she wrenches back Starlight's arm to maximize the pain! Aika clings onto Llav's back, getting her in a half-nelson to target the Viera's shoulder and neck! At the same time, she locks in a bodyscissors to keep herself in place, while also applying pressure to the legs and midsection! Star locks on a Fullmetal Muffler on Tama! Tama's right leg is bent over Star's neck, pulling down it, as Tama's left is trapped between the two Au Ra. Star then reaches for Tama's right arm, folding her back once again~ Llav traps Aika in a Gory Special! Folding her over her own back, she uses the size advantage to pull down, stressing Aika's joints!

We've shown off how you can use most parts of the ring to your advantage, and we're continuing with how to make good use of the ropes! Each of us showcase a different way you can make use of this part of the ring~

Aika bends Starlight over the ropes, with her arms and legs locked as she stretches her out in a Tarantula hold! Because this move uses the ropes, it's an illegal hold and must be let go after 5 seconds, but he likes of Tajiri and Julia Hart make excellent use of it~ Tama flies after springboarding (a fancy term for jumping on the ropes for momentum) off the top rope and preparing to smash her forearm straight to Aika's face! This one is famously used by Will Ospreay and AJ Styles Llav drapes Tama on the top rope, before spiking her down with a DDT, where she falls backward, driving Tama's head straight down to the mat! Star builds up speed towards the ropes, before grabbing on to the top and middle rope, using the momentum gained to swing around, kicking Llav in the face with a Tiger Feint Kick! Pioneered by Tiger Mask, it's now used by Rey Mysterio Jr and Dark Starlight Kid

Nothing beats a good kick! With all of us having pretty strong legs, having great kicks was an important addition! From seated opponents to jumping off the top rope, there's a variety of different kicks you can use~

Aika brings her heel down onto Tama's head from a jumping position, slamming down with an Axe kick! A lot of different wrestlers use an Axe kick, but one of the most famous being Booker T's finisher~ Llav runs past her opponent before swinging back into a one-legged dropkick right to the back of Aika's head. This move is famously used by Swerve under the name House Call~ Starlight steps between a dazed Llav's legs and swings around with a reverse roundhouse kick! This one is one of Miyu Yamashita's finishers, under the name Skull Kick~ Tama leaps off the top rope at a staggered Starlight, sending her sole crashing into the back of her head in a flying side kick! Besides being used by karate bugmen, this move when done off the top was done by people like Rob van Dam

Top-rope moves~ Watching a pro-wrestler soar through the air to deliver an acrobatic, pin-point attack never fails amaze me! Star, being quite the high flyer herself made sure we had them in our arsenals!

Tama starts to hit one of her signature moves, The Waxing Grudge! She starts the move facing away from her opponent on the top turnbuckle before flipping backwards into a moonsault Aika hits a Senton, leaping off the top to land either on her back or her butt first. In this case, Aika decides to land her butt directly on Tama's midsection. Llav, being much bigger than the rest, does a simple diving Elbow Drop off the top. Someone with her size advantage falling from that distance in sure to do some real damage, and is quite a sight to behold. Star hits her finisher, the Waxing Moon! The move starts by her crouched on the top rope, facing the opponent, before jumping forward, but flipping backward. This move is commonly called the Shooting Star Press
