I do embroidery.
Not in a quaint way but in a, stabbing fabric as self care kind of way

How do I earn money? The main way that I make money from my site is by running ads. I also have a pattern shop, on ko-fi, where you can buy digital patterns. The final way I can make money is people can buy me a virtual coffee. If you would like to buy me a coffee, you can find the link in my bio.

What’s your favourite handmade Christmas decoration?
November 24, 2025 at 1:57 PM
I made a mistake last week.
it's taken me a whole 7 days to get over it and the mistake was I compared my work to someone else's and felt that they were doing everything so much better. I know this really doesn't help. So keep being you and doing things your way.

I've done it again. Just look at the state of my studio. Why do I always do this to myself?

Never let anyone tell you that having a creative hobby isn't good for you.
Now more than ever, I think it's importance for us to take time to be creative and enjoy the calming process it have have.

If you post your cross stitch work on social media, how do you feel about people immediately asking where did you get the pattern from? Do you want a compliment first? Or if they're asking for the pattern, is that compliment enough?
November 11, 2025 at 3:25 PM
2025 was the year I wanted to make my own clothes. I didn't make everything I wanted and there were some awful projects in between, but there is nothing better than getting complimented on something you're wearing and telling them you made it!

Do you craft more for yourself or for gifts at this time of year. Or are you like me and enjoy the process of making but then do nothing with the finished thing?
