Note the consultation happens AFTER "operating model" design and even after "detailed organisation design".
So many #NHS & public service reforms go wrong because plans are set in stone before a lip-service consultation, which we all know is going to be ignored.

I think a lot about Parmy Olson's observation that AI companies actively push everyone to talk about existential risk, because it distracts from more prosaic current day concerns like copyright theft, conditions for data workers, energy & water use, and their financial situation

The people of Minnesota have executed one of the most impressive civil resistance campaigns I can remember:

- Organized a city wide general strike
- Maintained nonviolent discipline amidst violence
- Mobilized 10,000s in subzero temps to protest and watch ICE
- Flipped public opinion against ICE

For such a great "patriot", Farage does seem to spend a lot of time working for *very* rich foreigners.

According to its charter, Trump is personally head of this ridiculous body, not just because he's #POTUS. This looks like him trying to carve out a job for himself as 'world king', just in case the US constitution holds and he actually has to leave office in 2029.

This is a climbdown by Trump. I expect he was told to say this. He said it out the side of his mouth, but he did say it.

(Doesn't mean he'll keep his word though.)

Trump on NATO:

"The problem with NATO is that we'll be there for them 100% but I'm not sure that they'd be there for us, if we gave them the call".

We did get the call on 9/11. 26 NATO members sent troops to defend the US. Hundreds died doing so. It was the only time Article 5 has been activated.

So Trump administration is trying to talk to judges about Marine Le Pen.
This is insane.
🚨🚨Check this out👇👇A French judge states that Trump sent people from the US Embassy to try to intimidate her during Le Pen’s trial for embezzlement. She says he’s done this to other judges around the world. What do you think he’s doing to judges in the US. This is madness‼️
