Allow me to (re)introduce Commander Octavia! She leads the entire Octarian army and manages each kettle's defenses. If needed, however, she personally goes out to the battlefield to wipeout any threats! She's also DJ Octavio's dearest daughter, and she takes good care of him during their off-time!
