No worries!! It really is life ruining, I have bad dissociation spells when it happens and the arms make me have a melt down! My shoulders feel like they’re carrying my weight on them >:(

Just a sillay recommendation from someone who also suffers! Ibuprofen sometimes helps me at a little bit higher of a dose! I also heard that tying a sock super tight into the arch of your foot can make you forget the sensation! Good luck Stevie
