I want to pass on some info I learned. In the past sellers always paid the realtor fees but because of a lawsuit settlement in August 2024 now when you sign an agreement with a buyers agent you are responsible for their fees. Please read attached article for more.

I was going to buy a mug for my daughter with this saying & I check the shipping first & now there is a disclaimer saying that if it ships internationally you will need to pay an additional charge to get it out of customs & that they have no idea what that cost will be 😳😒

I just read that Wilkie, Farr & Gallagher have reached out to strike a deal with Trump. This is the law firm that Doug Emhoff works for. I certainly hope he quits.
