2025 - 15 - Matter Eater 'Lass', Legionnairres - Another canon Rule 63, and another infiltration disguise, this time into a cadre of Sklarian pirates! The Adam Hughes cover on #13 is great, but the interiors never play enough with the change, so consider this a panel redraw.

helped get a lost dog back home today :D seemed weird that it was walking down the street without a human, so I followed it for a few blocks. no tag, by some luck we eventually passed her owners' house; she was rescued a week ago and somehow got out of the house; her owners were SUPER thankful

2025 - 12 - Baby Saja, from KPOP Demon Hunters, a movie whose songs are still on my playlists! I like the theory vids on this unshipped Saja Boy being more than what he seems, and I like thinking of him as Tsukomo San from Holo Ministry.

Baby Saja, but a girl - Puffy hat, more voluminous but still short hair, and a very shapely sweater stretching out that diamond design. Violet background and evilly yellow eyes.

ugh I was picking up props for stuff at a Halloween store today and was seriously tempted to buy an $80 maid costume

I already have a maid dress and don't have opportunities to wear it, so I already know that spending that much on a new one is pointless

and yet, my mind was like "...dude."

re: Maid for May: I'll make a bigger post about it later, but tldr I'm still working on it! It's undergoing a soft-reboot because I got a strong feeling the original structure I planned wasn't going to lead to a good final comic, and I wanna make something better/more exciting for its participants!

2025-10 - Rule 63 of Brian from Quest 64! Everyone's favorite N64 RPG! I've fond memories of renting this out. And of Leila back there. And of the turn-based loop of enemy-attacks and you dodge that feels like proto-proto Undertale. Would honestly be interested in a remake!

2025-09 - Hana and Mei, from the manga Cross Play Love: Otaku X Punk! I love this manga, it's wild! Romcom where the main two hate each other, except when they crossdress and don't know the other does, and they're the perfect couple. Lots of cute, lots of personality, silly, dumb, and fun. Love it!

Zack and Wiki is one of those delightful games that I remembered stumbling on accident and being charmed by not just its creativity and personality, but also its frankly insane puzzle difficulty (for better and for worse, they don't really make games like that these days lol; I kinda miss them)

2025 - 8 - Zack and Wiki! A weird, fun Capcom experiment that I felt was a cool possible evolution to the Point-And-Click puzzler genre. Pirates, treasure hunting, and magical transformations! Your enemies become your items of use! Got good memories of this Wii game.
