I'm having the worst aro crisis I've had in a long time (which is saying something) because some of my friends got together and now I kinda want to be that close to someone but i know it's unfair cause I don't feel that way and so I'm trying to find a way to force it and guess what it doesn't work

what's crazy is that there is another prominent part of my brain that is convinced everyone barely tolerate my existence in so when I think "what if this person has a crush on me" I start thinking immediately after "hahaha, as if anyone even likes me. also I'm ugly and weird."
I hate my brain. I'm paranoid that someone has a crush on me when people are just being friendly!!! I'm the first to claim that a lot of things can be done with no romantic connotation but somehow someone talks with me for more than 3min and I'm scared they have a crush on me it's ridiculous
