According to Nick Schifrin of PBS NewsHour, multiple officials have confirmed that a letter sent by Trump to Greenland links the Nobel Prize and reiterates threats, which was forwarded by the NSC staff to multiple European ambassadors in Washington. The 25th Amendment never screamed louder.
