At @sheffieldhallamuni.bsky.social our Y10 Food & Nutrition students were taught about sugar and a range of different alternatives and we conducted an experiment with cake!

We also had a tour of the facilities including the kitchens, sensory booths, and the microbiology & physiology labs.
