funnily enough i think i struggled the most doing the story than doing the free expeditions and collecting the weapons gulp the boss fights were so hard (furiae)

i really like how drakengard 1 repeatedly centers around characters struggling with immoral thoughts/desires and others who are desiring them and actively acting upon them but in a way where they're both punishing themselves for being unable to escape them as a way to repent

i love how drakengard makes you go out of your way to collect all the weapons to unlock the last chapter except there's no actual use for them by that point
