omg no dont worry i havent dry fasted intentionally/non medically (like. for surgery) since i was 18!! the only times i dont drink water is when i get so sick i cant keep it down & then i go to the er for fluids once i start getting sicker. i hardly even do water fasts lately tbh (also sorry if+
