WATCH: Sen. Jayapal presses Bondi to apologize to Epstein survivors
Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., asked Attorney General Pam Bondi in an oversight hearing Wednesday to apologize to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse. In a heated exchange, Jayapal asked Bondi to turn to the survivors in attendance “and apologize for what your Department of Justice has put them through with the absolutely unacceptable release of the Epstein files and their information.” What followed was minutes of crosstalk and argument between Jayapal, Bondi, committee chair Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and ranking member Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md. In her final seconds, Jayapal reiterated she believes the release of the Epstein files has been “a massive cover up.” The Department of Justice has released millions of pages of Epstein-related documents, photographs and messages. But it missed its deadline by more than a month, and the releases have been mired by missed redactions and accusations of key omissions. Millions of pages related to the investigation into the late convicted sex offender remain inaccessible, though the White House defends its review as thorough and complete. A bipartisan group of lawmakers has demanded more transparency, accusing the government of failing to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act passed in November, and survivors released a Super Bowl ad telling Bondi “it’s time for the truth.” Watch PBS News for daily, breaking and live news, plus special coverage. WATCH: Johnson asks Bondi to apologize to Epstein survivors for not protecting their identities
Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., asked if Attorney General Pam Bondi, an experienced prosecutor, was aware of how important it is to protect the identities of sexual assault survivors while prosecuting their alleged abusers. Bondi didn't directly answer the question from Johnson, who said it was a yes or no answer. The attorney general, as she had throughout Wednesday’s hearing in front of the House Judiciary Committee, raised her voice and accused Democrats of “theatrics.” Gesturing to the group of survivors of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in the room, Johnson asked if Bondi would apologize to them for “outing” them in the Department of Justice’s document releases. “How many lives have been derailed because your department was either sloppy and incompetent or wilfully trying to intimidate and punish these ladies coming forward?” Bondi doesn’t answer the question, telling Johnson, “Your time is up.” Earlier in the hearing, Bondi turned down a request from Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., to apologize to the Epstein survivors for how her department has handled the case. The hearing was an opportunity for lawmakers to question Bondi on a number of controversial issues involving the Justice Department, including around the Trump administration’s failure to meet a Congress-mandated deadline to release all of its Epstein files; the legal justification for the administration’s capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and strikes on alleged drug boats in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific; as well as prosecutions of perceived Trump political rivals like James Comey and Letitia James. Bondi is seeking to revive both cases, which were already thrown out by a U.S. district judge. The Department of Justice has released millions of pages of Epstein-related documents, photographs and messages. But it missed its deadline by more than a month, and the releases have been mired by missed redactions and accusations of key omissions. Millions of pages related to the investigation into the late convicted sex offender remain inaccessible, though the White House defends its review as thorough and complete. Born Into Satanic Killers - Cult Leader's Daughter, Kelly Higgins Speaks Out
Anything Goes with James English Ep/533 Born into a Satanic Killing cult of secrecy, control, and fear, the daughter of Bernadette McNeilly breaks her silence for the very first time. Raised inside what she describes as a satanic cult, she recounts a childhood shaped by manipulation, ritualistic belief systems, and extreme violence. At the centre of it all was her mother, Bernadette McNeilly, and a close-knit group whose actions led to the brutal killing of an innocent 16-year-old. In this gripping episode, she speaks openly about the crimes, the psychological conditioning, and the lifelong impact of growing up surrounded by death and devotion to darkness. This is not just a story about murder, it’s about survival, truth, and the courage it takes to confront a past many would rather keep buried. Listener discretion is advised. Thomas Massie: Epstein Conspiracy Is “Bigger Than Watergate”
Today's guest is Rep. Thomas Massie (R–Ky.). He joins Zach Weissmueller to discuss why he coauthored the Epstein Files Transparency Act, what motivated him to put his political career at risk, and why he believes the Justice Department (DOJ) has engaged in a long-running cover-up to protect powerful figures connected to Jeffrey Epstein. Massie walks through what he saw while reviewing the unredacted files at the DOJ, including disputed redactions, internal FBI documents, and evidence suggesting that senior officials misrepresented whether Epstein had coconspirators. Massie also makes the case for why Attorney General Pam Bondi may be guilty of criminal negligence in her handling of this investigation. The interview explores internal Republican divisions over the case, why Massie has called for the resignation of Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and how the Epstein case has reshaped his understanding of power in Washington, D.C. Massie argues that this scandal is larger than Watergate, spans four administrations, and raises a defining moral test for politicians, media figures, and voters alike. ------- 0:00—Why Massie is risking his political career over Epstein files 3:53—Discoveries from the unredacted files 8:22—Are DOJ redactions in compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act? 12:32—Examining the evidence of an Epstein client list 15:13—Why Howard Lutnick should resign 17:57—The risk in releasing names and guilt by association 21:49—Why the Epstein conspiracy is bigger than Watergate 23:30—The future of the Republican Party Producer: Paul Alexander Audio Mixer: Ian Keyser Illustration: Adani Samat

🔴LIVE: Epstein survivors speak out; Pam Bondi hearing
Attorney General Pam Bondi is being questioned by lawmakers Wednesday over the Department of Justice’s management of files related to Jeffrey Epstein that have exposed sensitive confidential information about victims despite redaction efforts. Bondi’s appearance marks the first time she is appearing before Congress since an October 2025 hearing where she deflected questions and opposed Democrats’ criticism of her actions. Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee are expected to question Attorney General Bondi on how the Department of Justice decided what documents should and should not be made public under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The Associated Press reported that the act was passed by Congress after the DOJ announced in July2025 that no more files would be released. Wednesday’s hearing comes several days after lawmakers visited the Justice Department office to examine unredacted versions of the Epstein files. Legislators were granted access to the over 3 million files released in a room with computers and were permitted to take notes. On Feb.5, a collection of Epstein documents released by the DOJ, which included nude photos, names, faces, bank accounts and Social Security numbers of Epstein’s victims. The files were released to comply with a law that required the federal government to make Epstein’s case documents public, but the redactions meant to protect his victims have been sloppy, inconsistent, or nonexistent. Their names were supposed to be blocked out. Their faces and bodies were supposed to be hidden. Despite the Justice Department’s efforts to repair the blatant mismanagement, nude photos were on the site. Members of the Democratic Women's Caucus and Epstein survivors previously hosted a press conference to demand justice, accountability, and transparency. FOX 4 News is a FOX-owned station serving Dallas-Fort Worth and all of North Texas.
