TW: cult torture. As cult torture survivors we can use our creativity to get around the mind control messages, similar to how we used our creativity for DID. There is no limit inside; we just have to figure out the ways that work best for us. For instance when we have someone giving us the programming messages inside we sometimes have someone invisibly turn off their loudspeaker, or turn their words into harmless confetti or jello. Or when someone inside is giving us an image to self-harm or unalive ourselves we can ask if they can turn the image invisible, or cover it with opaque paint that we can't see through, or scrunch it up and have it turned into confetti before it reaches us. Or we can put those folks inside giving us the programming messages on the moon imside, or in a soundproof unbreakable bubble. But these things are just stopgap measures until we can actually talk with the folks inside who have the programming, hear their trauma with compassion and empathy, appreciate that they kept us alive, and eventually work with them to see how they would like to change their job if they would and that can help. #ramcoasurvivor #cultsurvivor #mindcontrol #traumatok
