If it were up to me, the post-SDGs would have at least four cultural goals: 1) fair pay & working conditions, 2) artistic freedom, 3) widespread & inclusive access to cultural infrastructure, 4) access to cultural rights (this overlaps partly w 2/3 but is broader). Now is the time to be ambitious

I’m at a #culturalpolicy conference and I’m quite surprised by the (v few) references to culture and the post-Sustainable Development Goals that I picked up so far. Also the discussion among academics suggests that there should be *one* cultural goal. Why only one?!
