Looks like the Toei website you could buy Precure merch from no longer allows you to buy anything you want from the store using Buyee.
There is now a seperate page for Overseas buying, thats a shame honestly. You cannot get anything thats pretty much brand new anymore.

OK good news, I managed to get it back after talking with someone and being explained what the update was.
Apparently they're trying to completely abandon the old Twitter domain and November 10th was that final day. I just wished I didn't get locked out and asked to change it first :L
