Came home slightly earlier yesterday and the partner was still up drinking a beer

Absolutely loving the spa hotel I've come to for my anniversary. Completely forgot we pre ordered a bottle of bubbles for the room so that was a lovely surprise 🥰🍾

But my favourite thing here is the beautiful architecture. I can't stop walking around admiring it 😍

You know you've had a busy period when even after 9 hours sleep you wake up exhausted 🥱 but after working 9 straight days in a row it's finally a day off! And even better still it's the first of 3 days off to go to a spa hotel for the weekend 😊 my anniversary came at the right time! 🥰

I'm lucky to have a very understanding partner. Since we've been together we've only celebrated our anniversary on the actual day once because every other year I've been working a 10-12 hour shift and missed it. One year I wasn't even in the country for it 😬

When you innocently go to the beer shop to buy your partner sours to enjoy without you while you'll be away most evenings on a job & then you see the tap list..

So now after trying to be nice you find yourself enjoying a beer that your partner would love without him 😅

It's the last morning in Leeds and I got so excited when I saw there was a Moose Coffee cafe

I work in Manchester a lot and they have a couple there and they are so fricking good!

Was gutted that the place was too full for a walk in 😭

What goes well with beer? Indian of course!

I was very excited to see there was a Mowgli restaurant in Leeds. I went to the one in Nottingham and the food was incredible and I'm happy to say the food in the Leeds restaurant is just as delicious 😋

They had a much bigger beer selection than I was expecting and I was surprised how many Vault City sours they had on tap

Next Leeds beer stop was Tapped. A great little place where they brew a couple of beers on site, as well as having a huge selection on tap and cans
