I think with Rich you have to also look at his influence as Assistant Head Coach. I think his influence was largely positive in setting a nurturing environment for the young guys post-AR. But we’re beyond that now. We need discipline. Not fun Uncle.

Yeahhhh, he’s a better player than most fans give him credit for though. He’s been much better when they took him off returns. I dunno why they’ve started giving him the odd return though. Feels like punishment for everyone.
