Create a modpack using textools or penumbra.

Export your customize.

Shove the files in your online storage solution in step 1.

Give to friends.

Friend downloads, installs like they would from XMA.

While mare going down does make sharing less accessible, it doesn't make collabs impossible. Keep an up-to-date collection in a folder on a google drive or something. Can change the link whenever you need to prevent someone from using it
Recommend adding a readme file with the mod order and what not
