Premzyslaw W. (43), a homeless man from Eindhoven who attempted to rape a student in May, has been sentenced to thirty months in prison. He must also pay the victim 6,000 euros in damages.
Students are doing better than they were four years ago. Still, four out of five students experience feelings of anxiety or depression at times. Their use of alcohol and drugs also remains unchanged.

Women are less likely than men to choose technical higher education, even if they have a technical profile in secondary school. At @tue.nl, the proportion of female students is slowly increasing.
