i think on some level im still spiritually protestant; i think despite some awful tendencies within the umbrella it possesses a rich tradition of thought that aligns well with my own spirituality

Two years after October 7, all I feel is grief - grief at the people on both sides (though much more on one) who have had to die because of leaders who don’t want peace, grief that Israel immediately squandered any sympathy by pursuing a genocide, grief that I don’t know if this will ever end.
