For a game that introduced seasons it'd be cool if there were different outfits for each. Hilbert's duds are impractical in summer and Hilda's are impractical in winter.

The Nina duds here are a cool pivot on the base design.

I'm sorry, the only time I lock in for multipliers in VG is when it's for the purpose of making sure Chrom loses.

Listening to the new FEH trailer and I knew that my ears were hearing more just a similar sounding voice for our Tellius Lion. Played RD too many times.

They really got the original EN Skrimir voice actor to return after 18 years. Honestly, this is just super cool.

It would be SUCH A GOOD plot beat in an actual FE. It's an organic way for the game to remove the player's Jagen after they were fallback training wheels for the first act.

I'd say "very Fates", but that game's Jagen is the Dragonstone.

Since the weapon is mutable within Shadows, I'd maybe add blue scales creeping up his legs, almost pulling him down in a sense.

Would the internal angst be falling into despair after accidentally Durandal-ing Ninian or being turned into a morph?

Former could maybe incorporate some scales sticking to or growing out of the blade to really drive home the angst, while the later would have the palor and golden eyes.

Been listening to a lot of FE OSTs while I've been working recently. Three Houses' OST really does land. The individual pieces & how they're leveraged in game are both top shelf.
So that Three Hopes somehow raises the bar with its remixes & original pieces is kinda crazy.

I think what really hurts is that because this game isn't the deepest thing in the world mechanically, I just have way less fun when I'm playing as Lyn than when I'm playing someone with innate repositional tools.

Wouldn't it be cool if Tauroneo off screened the Black Knight so Ike could preserve the beauty of his eyes? And give Ike two lines of dialogue to respond to it before never mentioning it again?

Man that would be a perfectly acceptable conclusion to Ike's stated goals at the start of the game.

You could combine the Distant Plains and Noble Lady of Caelin, to get a large enough map, but it feels weird having Lyn protect a castle for her iconic reference.

Wow if only there was some unfinished business in Sacae relevant to Lyn's goals that could've been abstracted into a map within FE7 🤔

Between FEH and Engage, I think it's just a case of IntSys having to look back uncomfortably at the fact that they fumbled wrapping up Lyn as a character.

Lyn mode maps are relevant to her, but they're too small on average and most take place outside of Sacae, which I think isn't a fit.

Alas, she lacks innate repositional or buffing tools, both of which are highly valued. Maybe the meta shifts to let her shine, but she's just too fragile of a sitting duck to work on even footing.

But at least FE7 got a proper medley this time, unlike Engage. 🙌

Don't know why people are surprised that Lyn's a Mythic Hero.

IntSys cleverly foreshadowed this back in 2022 when they had Flame Tribe Lyn introduce Godlike Reflexes into the game.
