This is a nighttime scene in a forest in late autumn. The trees are bare and there are leaves carpeting the forest floor in red, orange, and yellow. My OC, Spooky (who looks a bit like a black pillow with big reflective eyes) wears a yellow scarf and carries a green camping lantern.

Spooky is talking to Pumpy, a tubby yellow robot wearing hiking boots and has a jack-o'-lantern for a head. Pumpy is carrying a simple wooden toolbox.

From a tree branch above them, a grey squirrel (Spooky's friend, Squirrely) looks down at them interestedly. There is also a small owl peeking over another branch at them.

Titled "Exploration in Blue," this piece is set in a dungeon with walls, floor, and ceiling made out of square stone blocks of different sizes. Cyberpumpkin stands 2/3 of the hallway's height. He holds a torch up that creates a circle of light.

Cyberpumpkin's young companion, Rad, stands in front of him, looking at the carvings on the wall. Rad wears overalls, boots, and a magic helmet shaped like a radish.

On the wall are two pillars with carvings like hieroglyphics. Between the pillars is a smooth area (a door?) with a big winged scarab filling the upper half, and more hieroglyphics in the lower half.

This piece was executed in blue ballpoint pen on the front of a white folder.

I like to draw dungeons, either my own ideas, or as part of fan art!

Pumpy and Ohsone (Spooky in hero mode) stand in a big dungeon hallway made of stone blocks, with tunnels and staircases leading off in different directions. Along the walls and overhead are pipes of various sizes, with pressure gauges here and there.

The light comes from glowing green liquid bubbling in a transparent tank where two walls meet. The light from the tank casts shadows all around. Pumpy is carrying a red toolbox, and Ohsone is looking at a folded up map that is almost as tall as he is.

This piece is dated 20250904

A dungeon in the style of Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. Light shines down a flight of stairs, and Link uses his mirrored shield to bounce the light beam into a black chu-chu, which has turned to stone.

This is a scene in a dungeon built of blue cut stone bricks. At the top and bottom of the walls are orange stone inserts that feature markings that look something like hieroglyphics. On the right, we see Spooky holding a lantern that casts dark shadows, and Rosie (a red person with no hair, pointy ears, and small horns). Rosie is head-and-shoulders taller than Spooky. Both Spooky and Rosie look pleased with what they have discovered.

On the left of the picture is a small Machine Lifeform from Neir: Automata. It wears a lucky coin on a red ribbon around its shoulders and is carrying a bucket. It is standing and looking back at Spooky and Rosie curiously.

This scene shows Link from Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker standing with his sword and shield at his sides. Link's expression implies that he is not sure what to do next. Link is facing 3/4 to the right and facing the viewer.

Link is located in a dungeon with high walls made of grey cut stone blocks of different sizes. At intervals in the walls are rows of curling blue wave patterns. To Link's right is a set of stairs leading downwards. To Link's left is a large doorway with a thick frame made of yellow stone blocks. The blocks are carved with unreadable pictograms.

The drawing was made with pens and colored pencils. The drawing is dated 20220212.

Oh, this narrative is great, and I love the storybook style! It's especially good because the people's faces are stylized, but not to the point that they are unrecognizable as people (which we see a lot in kids' books).

I can totally imagine the ghosts sharing a small gen of wisdom with her!

A little about myself? Well, I am an amateur artist (for now) and I do have a nice peaceful day job giving away free money from the government to people who need it.

I mostly draw my OCs, but I also do fan art once in a while.

The scene is in daytime. A smooth dirt path with rocks and tall grasses along the sides makes its way through a forest with thick undergrowth.

On the left is a house-shaped wagon with a tiled roof and a wheel on either side. The front of the wagon has a wooden bar for pulling it. One side of the bar has a little golden bell with a leather holder for when it's time to be quiet. The front of the wagon has a door on it that opens up on several rows of bookshelves. There is also a pole that extends from the peak of the wagon's roof out in front that has a lantern hanging from it.

On the viewer's side of the wagon is a wooden counter with hinges so it can be closed over the opening in the side of the wagon. The opening contains dozens of books in all different sizes. A few thicker books sit on the counter.

To the right side of the counter is the Librarian: A steam-clockwork robot who delivers, collects, and lends books all over the countryside. The Librarian's body is made of shiny yellow metal, and he wears the green and blue livery of his kingdom. The Librarian wears a broad-brimmed hat. His eyes are dark square windows with points of light shining out from them.

The Librarian is holding out a book to a pale woman with pointy ears, yellow hair, and a big leather backpack that appears to be brimming with books. The woman wears a long purple coat and a matching top hat. To the woman's right is a pale younger boy with pointy ears and matching black and gray clothes and hat. The boy holds an open book and looks enthusiastic about what he finds there.

There is a small brown owl perched on the roof of the wagon, watching the activity below. There is also a hole in one of the trees in the background with a raccoon peeking out.

This picture is set inside walls made of big heavy cut stones. In a corner, a spook farmer has set up a vegetable stall.

The spook wears a wide-brim straw hat with holes to let the ears stick up, as well as pouches for different coins on a leather strap. The spook stands in the middle of the stall.

To one side is a wooden bin with sections to hold three different vegetables. To the other side is a bin with a lower part holding heads of lettuce, and the upper part holds what looks like bundles of asparagus, onions, and some kind of bluish fruit.

Behind the spook is another multi-level bin with orange and green vegetables on top. Also in the back is a tall chest of drawers holding bins of dried goods.

In the front right is a big basket holding what looks like brownish purple fruits. To the left, in front of the vegetable bins are two big wooden tubs. One holds what looks like orange and yellow striped gourds, and the other holds small purple and white striped watermelons.

There are hand-drawn signs with little pictures of each item with a price written in. In the corner of the two stone walls, above the stall, hangs a tapestry showing hills with plowed farm fields, a blue sky and a big yellow sun.

This is an outdoor daytime scene. The view is from above, looking down on Pumpy driving a farm tractor that is painted forest green. The tractor is pulling a trailer with four wheels and a wooden bed, and sides that are painted to match the tractor. In the trailer are four large metal tubs filled with red fruits (apples?)

The tractor pulls the trailer down a dirt path that has a white-painted fence on either side, which separate the path from green grassy fields. In the field on the left, a black-and-white cow and two black-faced sheep are grazing. In the upper-left corner are two trees that cast a shadow that barely touches the fence on that side.

The drawing was executed in pen, markers, and colored pencils. It is dated 20250401.

The Mid-Autumn Festivals of China inspired this Hare, through the Jade Rabbit. I wanted to make a Pride-themed Star Hare.
So, without really stopping to plan, This came out.
Star Hare has Pride! 🏳️‍🌈 Inclusive Pride! 🏳️‍⚧️
We are all stars.🐇💜😊

This was inspired by the Chinese Moon Rabbit, because everyone in the Pride Community is a star. :)

Hi all, I’m Laura, feral marker and pen artist, doing new art every day for 2025 under the tag #sketchaday. I draw whatever comes to mind, and I have an odd mind! 😃💜👻

I was inspired by a flapjack octopus, so it looks like a flapjack octopus, but glowing pale green, with glowing yellow eyes that have large round black pupils. And long hare ears. And a pale green bushy tail in back.
On quiet October nights, Ghost Hare can be heard, rummaging through the crisper drawer in your refrigerator, hoping for organic carrots.
Do not eat the brown jellybeans, Ghost Hare is not the Easter Bunny.
