I gotta say, Tempo looks really good in this outfit
The hydro mage guys are pretty cute, and also use bubbles, so may as well have Tempo dress up as one! Do note that he only grants water breathing to those he knows or are friendly

Don't step on random bubble tiles, they may be pressure plates that put you in a bubble
But this is a safe room for the proot to get bubbled in, so he can stay in as long as he wants
