In equal parts, this book is entertaining and enraging. Enraging because of how many stories just never got told, at least not when I was in school. For people like me with Whyte privilege, don't ask your Black friends to tell you everything you need to know...do at least some of the work yourself.

Celebrating for a month was a start. With DEI being vilified throughout the government, it's WAY PAST TIME to have "minority" history fully integrated into all school curriculums. Maybe we can raise kids who are smart enough not to fall for the next white nationalist who comes along.
