Requirements:

-Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate studies or enrolled in a Master’s program in Archaeology (or equivalent).

-In addition to their professional duties, interns are expected, like other team members, to contribute to the collective life of the team (participation in dishwashing and cleaning/maintenance of shared spaces, etc.).

Conditions:

-Accommodation and meals will be provided.
-Travel expenses to AlUla (from within KSA) will be reimbursed based on the cost of an economy-class flight.
-Interns will be housed in the project’s dig house, sharing rooms (2–3 people per room).

The excavation season will run from March 30 to May 14, 2026. Internships will last a minimum of three weeks during this period. Interns will be assigned to one of the project’s two main excavation areas: either the ancient city (late 3rd millennium BCE to 3rd century CE)
