The biggest mistake I made with my failed startup was to keep pushing because I thought: “we almost have product-market fit!” for 5 years.
But after 1 year the signs were already clear that the market didn’t need us. And we should’ve moved to a different idea.

I built a startup with my wife for 5 years and burned myself badly. Now I'll never do it again. I want my relationship to be a safe space from the challenges of entrepreneurship, not a part of it.
