So if Ruzzia takes portions of Ukraine, areas they have destroyed and are largely depopulated, it's like "a suitcase without a handle", -- what was the point? Will Ruzzians ask? They now have a neighbor that was once friendly, but will forever be an enemy. So what has Putin accomplished?
