Two things that surprised me but didn’t shock me as a baby ARMY:
1. They delivered letters and a date to look forward to straight to ARMYs’ doorsteps first.
2. They could have counted down to midnight with anyone, anywhere else, and yet they chose each other — and us.
Of course they would 🥹

Two things that surprised me but didn’t shock me as a baby ARMY:

I've been thinking a lot recently about how ARMYs are wonderfully loving, kind, respectful, and what it is about BTS that inspires such a huge group of people to bring out the best of themselves to the table.
Ultimately: ARMY is what it is because BTS is who they are.

Nonstop, kinda lost my mind tbh.
1. Two oldest hyungs at the front (all members behind / beside them); oldest maknae between them.
2. Leader and his second in command at the back (facing all their members), two youngest between them.
3. Three youngest between four oldest.
4. Namjoon behind Yoongi.

I never doubted them for a second, but as a baby ARMY who decided to go all in with bangtan while they were all enlisted, I’m so relieved (in tears) they kept their promise.

Rereading Namjoon’s letter from FESTA last year: “I will once again live day by day just thinking of our members and you all, as I always have.”
I hope he’s sleeping better nowadays. And as a leader who worries about them, I hope reuniting and being closer to them is helping him sleep better, too.

Don’t you just love how bangtan is approaching this new era? Since chapter 2 started, they’ve said they don’t know how things will go, they have things to figure out. And today, they have these plans and they’ve not done it this way before. Only 1 thing has stayed the same—they’re doing it together.

That was my first group live. I think my heart will actually burst. I’m documenting this because it’s important but also because my heart will actually burst.

Was anyone else comforted by how Namjoon was behind Yoongi? His stance seemed very protective to me. He’d massage Yoongi’s shoulders, place his hands on Yoongi’s arms. He basically had Yoongi cocooned the whole time while Yoongi leaned back.

They changed topics every minute or so, praised 2seok every few minutes, and talked and laughed over each other like it’s just another Tuesday. They teased each other a ton, and then would casually drop remarks like, “We’re just so happy we’re together” 💜🥺

Jimin sitting gracefully to the side was frying me. He said he’s uncomfortable just having hair on the sides of his forehead 😂 so he turned a bit and was facing somewhat diagonally.

Jin just went ahead and planned a whole tour that is so BTSxARMY-centered. All the jokes, the fun and games, the songs — only we would all know, understand, and love. This really felt like “When I’m with you, there is no one else, and I have heaven to myself…” Apobangpo 💜🥲

Do you ever think about how BTS have been consistent in encouraging each other to be true to themselves, no matter what that looks like, instead of erasing their differences to become a team? How often do you think about it, and why isn’t it daily?

This new era of BTS is going to be something else. They’ve grown in wisdom, courage, confidence; are constantly grateful and grounded; with growth rooted in self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-love, now coming together again as a group; with ARMY right behind them when they say so.

What time can we sleep? When do we sleep? If we follow the same timings, we have a couple hours till Yoongi potentially goes live.. perhaps before or after the delayed live stream, not during, right? After his live, they’re all out so group live can happen anytime.. right? So, when do we sleep?

Why is my first Taehyung solo live only 5 minutes 46 seconds long with nothing but song recommendations and him leaving abruptly? I was so giddy to catch it and he really did it in true Tae style 😭🤣

Thinking about when Jin was asked if people ask him to follow back on Instagram, and I’m reminded of the fact that the tannies, as big as they are, constantly watched and placed under scrutiny for the smallest things, only follow each other, which is deeply intentional and a huge show of trust.
