Volume 20 won't be fully translated into English until the 23rd of December, so it'll be a little odd to read volume 21 before volume 20 is finished.

My wishful thinking is that Bar 🐍 will be on the cover as the new Archdemon, but my bet is Asmodeus 🌓 and Vepar ⚪ will be the ones on it.

Yes! In volume 16, Nephy 🐦 said "Master Zagan 🐺 relies on him 🐍 as a friend above all others." Zagan 🐺 is the one who knows the most about Bar's 🐍 talent, so he probably knew Bar 🐍 would overcome Marchosias' 👓 barrier.

Let's hope nothing bad happens 🙏 I'm already pretty worried about Asmodeus 🌓😢

I like the saying! Sorcerers respect strength, so perhaps Bar 🐍 respected his teacher's 💀 power, but in other aspects (like torturing people), he probably thought "I don't want to be like this man" just to almost become like him. Now, thanks to Chas 🐹, Bar 🐍 is getting back his human side.

I would love to see Bar 🐍 and Aristella crossing Alshiera's 🦇 barrier together to bring Zagan's 🐺 soul back, but that probably won't happen 💔 I'm still not convinced about the characters involved in volume 20... but that's for another discussion 🙇‍♀️ Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

That's why I want Bar 🐍 to play a big role in saving his bad friend 🐺 now. By Zagan 🐺 forgiving Bar 🐍, Chas 🐹 survived the poison, and by Chas 🐹 forgiving and loving Bar 🐍, Bar 🐍 answered Lilith's call 🦇 and received Zagan's 🐺 mark, and perhaps that will be a key to saving him 🐺

I said this once, but Bar 🐍 said to Zagan 🐺 that he stole everything for him, but the truth is that Zagan 🐺 saved Bar 🐍 from going into a path of no return and gave him the chance to be close to Chas 🐹, who saved his heart later. Isn't that amazing? Both Zagan 🐺 and Chas 🐹 saved Bar 🐍 somehow

For me, the Bar 🐍 from volume 1 is like a kid who's throwing a tantrum: "look at me, praise, love me" because for him being praised = being loved. He based all his self-worth in his achievements and did a terrible thing (kidnap Nephy 🐦 and Chas 🐹), but that's how he was saved of becoming Andras II

Bar 🐍 also protected Furcas and Aristella while fighting Marchosias, and his old self would've never done that. I believe his broken heart was healed thanks to Chas 🐹 who believes that people can change. Bar 🐍 was only a little kid who wanted to be loved by his teacher, but Andras 💀 broke his heart

I'm sure Bar 🐍 did bad things in the past, but so did other characters that had been easily forgiven, and keeping saying how "Bar 🐍 is rotten to the core" is unfair for him. If he was still like that, he wouldn't have lost his chance to get a Sigil (Demon Lord mark) twice for Chas 🐹 and others' sake
