COELIG's current members voted 5-2 that there was sufficient evidence to conclude former Sen. Jeff Klein kissed his aide Erica Vladimir without her consent ... but because 11-member COELIG has four vacancies and you need six votes to approve anything, he walks. @danclarkreports.bsky.social reports.
