reset is linked to email thats linked to one drive

one drive is using the same storage space as email??? why??? so email full, cant get NEW EMAILS?? WHY???

customer support said 'try deleting some emails' 😭

Having potential hardware failure issues on my pc that are making it take anywhere from 30sec to a couple mins to load anything including saving, switching layers, etc.
