Well if there is no democratic ownership of the means of production amongst the workers then it is not communism/socialism. Lenin also believed this and strongly opposed “Socialism in one state” which Stalin later imposed upon the people of Russia.

*Sigh* Bluesky just isn’t the same as Twitter. Where are my chronically online leftists quote tweeting obvious right wing grift tweets so they can farm engagement. It just feels hollow without it 😔😔😔

Socialism is pretty cool guys, but we don’t need to prop up regimes like the USSR or the CCP every time someone asks us for a successful example of socialism.
