Mont Tremblant had the potential to be this kind of place, other than skiing, obviously. But constant mismanagement (thank you Lawrence Stroll) and the rich folk who don't even live there year round hate the noise.

Indy of course but where else are tracks woven into the surrounding local culture beyond just race weekends
