There's a place close to where I live that had a shop, a salon and my favorite pizzeria that I've been at since childhood. And today is the last day that they're open because the whole location is gonna be demolished.

So I recently spent a lot of money on driving lessons to prepare for a drivers test and it was pretty expensive. And just to be safe I'm starting some emergency commissions to recover a little bit financially.
