maybe yeah, if it gets framed then it has a bit more permanence but i'd say it doesn't compare to a charcoal piece an artist has made and then held up to look at

I think there must be a sense of accomplishment at having finished a physical drawing that's not there with digital. I've made thousands of pieces and they feel like they've been chucked on a digital slag heap that I can't see or feel, like weightless accomplishment maybe?

Yes, I'd guess so. I've drawn loads with pencil but never with inks but any videos I watch of ink drawing is extremely tactile and has a loud scraping noise plus the ink is splashy and gets on your hand so there's a whole physical experience not present in the digital side
