On Nov 11 I finally reported the wire that’s sagging over the new part of the Barrington greenway to 311.
They responded saying it wasn’t their deal. They copied NS power.
NSP replied today saying it’s not theirs and to try Bell Aliant.
Just spent 20+ mins between chat and phone reporting to BA

Related, this was the "no parking" side of the Seymour local street "bike"way earlier, typical Saturday. I am not sure anymore how many times I've reported this. Terrible design.

I strongly recommend they do testing on iOS and Android devices, this form esp has got to be mostly used on mobile

Heh yup I just finally reported this today. It hilariously requires phone number in a certain format but at least on Safari since it's a phone number input you can't actually enter "-" which is required. Also it rejects photo uploads from Safari/iOS since the filename ends in "jpeg" and not "jpg."
