The scammers/scalpers know how to cheat the system and Ticketmaster is completely indifferent to their antics because they get paid either way. Sometimes they get paid twice when they control the resale platforms the scalpers use, so why have ethics?

At least you made it to the waiting room; all I got was an endless swirling icon with no clear sign of server life when I tried to join. In fact, I still have it now. My seething hatred of Ticketmaster endures.

This is as far as most Jays fans will get when attempting to purchase World Series tickets without a third party bot or corporate backing. #Ticketmaster doesn't even have the computing power to say how far you are from missing the purchase queue.

I've attended over a hundred Blue Jays games in Toronto and seen them play in four different cities on the road. I may not be a season ticket holder but I'm no casual fan either. ;)

They never led the series until it was over, but the #TorontoBlueJays have won the American League pennant.

Kudos to the #SeattleMariners for pushing the Jays to their limit. It was an incredibly tense battle. Now, the World Series awaits...

They're foolish enough to think they can defeat an ideology. Sadly if it were possible to actually do that, we wouldn't still be fighting Nazis 85 years later. They're doomed to fail, but collateral damage to society from their failures must be minimized.
