Not a popular opinion on X - maybe BlueSky will be more welcoming. But no matter what it is true - employees crave inclusive leadership! To be seen, heard, and valued.

Our wealthy betters calmly nod to the possibility of a "reset" recession. An unfortunate but temporary necessity on the path to an amazing economy, they say. Inflation means their eggs cost more but their real estate and equity assets have increased in value more than 80% over the past 4 years.

A pathocracy is a form of government where a small group of people with personality disorders hold power over a society of people who are psychologically normal.

I've only engaged with a few dozen (out of 1.4 billion) Indians this week, but as as a whole they are a living testament to the resilience of pluralism, where countless faiths coexist. (Plus the occasional atheist). Many lessons for the rest of us. To not merely tolerate but enrich one another.

Have to admit, the first time I traveled to India I was kind of "judgy" about the traffic. But if you take the time to really observe, you see a marvel of human collaboration and resilience, showing how people adapt to work within complex environments to make progress, literally and figuratively.

Previous travel to India has been overwhelming, packed with business tasks. This time, I'm aiming for a slower, more extended visit to absorb and experience as much as possible. Still lots of work to do, but looking forward to immersing myself in the rich culture and really "see" as much as I can.

We could use more authenticity energy. And competence energy. And empathy energy. And whether the energy source in masculine or feminine, doesn't matter.
We do not, in actuality, need more masculine energy.

Donald Trump Jr. arrives in Nuuk, Greenland. Remember when Carter's "Billy Beer" was a scandal? (if not, Google it) Seems like quaint minor league corruption by today's standards.

The fact that Thomas, Alito, Goesuch and Kavanaugh "would grant the application" is a shameful stain on their reputations and reveals just how political this supreme court is.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court of the United States has DENIED Trump’s request to halt his sentencing hearing in criminal hush money case.

The high court’s order clears the way for Trump’s sentencing to proceed tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
Many right-leaning Christians admire him. Driven by faith he gave his life to fight Nazi brutality.
I wonder today, regarding poor immigrants, whatever their documentation status, WWBD, what would Bonhoeffer do?
