Skipped the gym today because I've been in a lot of pain. Planned on doing some Ironmon but now that I'm home the pain has gotten to the point that I'm nearly in tears just from being in bed. On muscle relaxer and some pain meds so hopefully I can at least sleep tonight :(

Been MIA a minute but just a little update for everyone. Fiber internet is being installed in my area so soon I will not be on my not so great internet. Once it's set up streams will be making a triumphant return.
