I hope that Pokémon don't go the Yu-gi-oh route and reboot it again after Pokémon Horizons finishes airing this year. They have finally figured it out - they can roam around the whole world accessing old regions and characters - therefore they can travel to new regions. A cyclical 3 year cast is bad

Feeling kind of down and dealing with a bit of existential dread at the moment. I feel like for the last while I've been in survival mode and just taking things day by day but now I realise I haven't really been focusing on big decisions or thinking about the big picture and it's gotten me down.

Posting for posterity. First workout of the new year although I got back into the swing of things a few weeks back. I'm planning on putting a more concerted effort on my diet and levelling up workouts this year. Hopefully I can look back on progress pics and see a difference.

I've made it to the Stranger Things finale. I started the show on 27 November. Unlike the longtime fans I ended up watching about 9 years in just over a month. It's been a journey with ups and downs but I can say that I have enjoyed following along with this show.

Was there a particular Pokémon movie entry which you 'aged out' around? I was with the show from the beginning so for me, and it might be the case for some of you, it was after Movie 5 (Misty's last). Disappointing that Digimon Beatbreak's dub is region locked. Suggestions that BBC have it and are holding off until Ghost Game's release dies down.

One Piece is an amazing anime but I totally get why people are intimidated by the episode count. You could wait for WIT Studio's remake, OR, they have started added the early episodes to Netflix in batches in UK/EU territories each month so you could take this opportunity to slowly watch through!

I try to be as present here as I can but I've been pretty vocal about how many different things I have pulling at my time. I have a full-time job & study a degree part-time. I try to make sure I stay current with reading, gaming, anime/manga, movies etc with consistent exercise also. It's difficult

Have any of you read My Hero Academia's spinoff, Vigilantes? I'd be interested in your thoughts. Personally I enjoyed it more than the main series and feel like it wasn't as constrained as much, or didn't have to be as polished.

I really plan on locking in with the workouts in 2026. It's hard to juggle so many things in my life but I've been making good progress already so here's hoping

I reckon they should bring back Pokémon movies but make them as big budget, highbrow affairs like Studio Ghibli as they can. Make them beautifully animated one-off stories with random characters that just tell great stories in that world.

I enjoyed Galaxy but I was always more of a Sunshine kid. I have so many vivid fond memories of running about Delfino Plaza. It makes sense they chose Galaxy to adapt as it performed better but I hope there is some kind of reference to Sunshine.

I still can't really contain how excited I am about finding out what's next for Dragon Ball in January - whatever form that is. I also think we need to give Toyotaro some grace as it will have been really hard for him in the wake of Toriyama's passing, and carrying the legacy of Dragon Ball is hard

I have another big assignment due in the next few weeks but once it's done I plan on fully maxxing my gaming, reading and gym workouts. First game will be completing Legends ZA and then looking at my backlog. First books I'll be finishing reading will be The Housemaid's Secret & Frankenstein.
