But one thing he could not deny is that rigid training have started to pay off as his abs were starting to grow more well-defined, arms and legs slightly more pronounced.

"Can't say I ain't enjoying the results, but today as an intense training. Thanks for letting me rest her for a bit."

The fox pokemon joked with the man as he tried to relax a bit. Despite his nagging tone, he has enjoyed this exercise routine a lot more than he expected, with the small side-effect of having to work the following day with muscles in pain.
