the energy part was really good actually!!! it didnt make it hard to sleep(i have adhd and insomnia), no headaches or pain from drinking the a whole one, gonna grab a 2nd today and see how it is back to back. im mostly a redbull drinker so this is a nice change and long run 🤷‍♀️ cheaper???
